Episode 5: Home is Always in Your Heart

Bowser: It’s so nice having you here with me fishing at my favorite fishing spot. This is one of my favorite places to come and I’m finally glad that you were able to make it to come fishing with me.
Bow wowser: I’ve never seen such a beautiful lake dad, this is awesome. You said the fishing is really good here and I can’t wait to start catching some. I don’t know if we should try to catch a bunch of little ones or one or two big ones?
Bowser: There are bass, trout, walleye, and a bunch of really fun small fish that like to put up a big fight and you try to catch them. I think I’m gonna put just the right size hook where I can catch either little ones or a big one if the big one comes along.
Bow wowser: This lake has everything dad it even has an awesome log for us to sit on and catch fish and talk and eat lunch. It is a most amazing place. It’s a really nice place for us to get reunited as father and son since I have been gone for so long.
Bowser: Yeah, well let’s get our fishing rods ready and get our lines in the water and maybe we can catch some fish today. I think I’m gonna go after the small fish, They’re easy to catch and we can catch a whole bunch of them. Why don’t you try to catch small ones today, it’s so much fun.
Bow wowser: That sounds cool dad. The lake in my village I go to with my friends, we try to catch a bunch of small ones all the time too. It’s amazing, some of the bait that you can use is just some dough balls. What sort of bait did you bring today dad?
Bowser: That’s exactly what I brought Bow wowser, I brought doughballs for the fish to eat. We should be able to catch at least 10 fish each. That way we can I have a little fish cook out and I can give fish to everybody in the big beautiful green tree village where I live.
Bow wowser: That would definitely be nice dad. That way I would get to meet some of the your friends in the big beautiful green tree village. If we don’t catch any fish and don’t have a cookout, next time you’re gonna have to tell me about all of the different animals that live there.
Bowser: I definitely will Bow wowser. All of them are my best friend. It is amazing how nice everyone is and we are all so different, that’s what makes it so cool that everybody that is so different and we can all get along so well together.
Bow wowser: This is so awesome dad. I hope we catch fish so that we can have a cookout and I’ll meet all of your friends. If not maybe you can tell me all about them next time we come fishing. It really sounds like a wonderful place to live.
Bowser: Yes it really is a wonderful place to live. Everyone of us who lives in a big beautiful green tree Village realizes it that is it is our forever home. It’s a very special place and home it’s about the people those two make it. One of the things I always say is:
“Home is always in your heart.“
Bow wowser: It’s amazing how family getting together in different ways can keep everybody in the family close. I hear that Bob likes to fish with his family, Bogie even went with him one time in the Rocky Mountains and they caught really big fish.
